1,4-litres cylinder capacity, 170 HP, 220 km/h maximum speed, and an average fuel consumption of 7,2 litres per 100 kilometres – those are the impressive specifications of the new TSL engine. Its name combines with each other the abbreviation T for Turbo and FSI which, with VW, stands for direct gasoline injection.
From now on we offer a performance enhancement of up to sportive 200hp for his engine concept. The results of our modified engine electronics are a distinctively higher torque (more than 300 Nm) that comes into action starting from 2000 r/min and a considerably increased power output.
Despite of its nominally equal power output the TSI was able to stand out against a standard Golf GTI (200hp) during test drives. A testing vehicle with this performance kit will soon be available for comparison test drives.
We offer this kit also for the Golf and Touran with a 140hp motorisation and thereby we help the reduced variant achieve the same sportive results that we were able to attain with the big brother. In order to put it once more into numbers: you get a power output enhancement of 200hp and an increased torque of more than 300Nm. Further models are going to follow and, like always, our Heron guarantee can be obtained optionally.
