All damage that is due to tuning is covered by the independent promise of guarantee. Until now a modification of the engine management system has resulted in the loss of the manufacturer’s guarantee. We are bridging this gap. In the event of damage this additional protection not only provides you with a full financial compensation but also secures a competent appearance in situations of problem.
Our service team carries out the application as well as the handling in the event of damage. In addition there is the TuneGarant - Service team which is available for you as contact partner in any case of problem that might arise.
With its duration of up to 3 years and an operational performance of 100.00km after the initial registration the Heron guarantee is providing you with an optimal coverage for the following parts and components respectively.
Coverage:
- Engine: cylinder block, cylinder head and cylinder seal, crank case, case of planetary piston engines as well as all the inner components that are connected with the oil-circulation system.
- Standard and automatic transmission: gearbox casing and all inner components including the troque converter, axle gearing, axle transmission casing (front-wheel and rear-wheel drive) and all inner components
